PARENT TRAINING
Driven Behavioral Support (DBS) provides parent training in combination with the ongoing treatment plan for the individuals. Caregivers are introduced to the ABC model (antecedent, behavior, and consequence) and identifying these patterns with the client. Parents will be incorporated by our experienced and dedicated staff in a hands-on approach on daily basis. Parent training will included principles of ABA and clinically proven strategies that are individually tailored and recommended to best support your loved ones!
THERAPEUTIC CONSULTATION
(Medicaid of VA)
DBS also provides consultation services for children and adults of all ages. Using our providers experience in ABA, DBS provides this consultation service with the individuals family and overall support structure to deliver the following:

SERVICES WE PROVIDE
ABA SERVICES
Driven Behavioral Support (DBS) provides home and community-based ABA Therapy services for individuals of all ages, or specified by the individual's insurance provider. DBS provides services to individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental delays or conditions. DBS provides ABA services and support to individuals who demonstrate significant impairments in language and communication, challenging or dangerous behaviors, adaptive social behaviors and functional skills.
Early Intervention
Early Intervention is an intensive ABA Therapy structure that is designed usually for children younger than five years of age.
Early intervention targets key areas of deficit while children are in the life-changing period of building skills at an early age. ABA services provided within Early Intervention will address resolving problematic behaviors while placing a heavy emphasis on developing new skills.
Research has shown that behaviors can most effectively be shaped at these early ages. Once a challenging behavior has been learned or ingrained into the child’s behavioral repertoire at later ages, it may be more difficulty to learn new behaviors to replace it.
Research has also shown that children engaged in early intervention ABA programs may have a greater chance of building pivotal developmental skills, such as communication, language, and social skills.

School Support Services & Evaluations
Functional Behavior Assessment [FBA] - Independent Educational Evaluation [IEE]
Driven Behavioral Support (DBS) provides services within school environments in which the child has been recommended to receive additional supports from an outside provider, as well as behavioral evaluations within the school districts. These evaluations are typically Functional Behavior Assessments within an IEE process. An Independent Educational Evaluation is conducted by an outside party to assist the family and educational team in planning a behavioral intervention plan to implement within the school setting.

Provider Training
Driven Behavioral Support (DBS) provides training services to additional groups or organizations that may provide related services, such as caregivers or personal care attendants, therapy facilities, or group home settings. This training is designed to be an introductory training in Applied Behavior Analysis with an individualized approach to troubleshoot the specific needs of the group.
